February 27th 2016

Pansies are so close to being ready!
Looking at the forecast I've chosen to let them fill out with the up coming warm spell thru March 1st, then a cool down for the end of this week. Long range forecast has us near or above temps at March 7th and later
At that point all sizes should be ready with lots of color!
Keep in mind these where grown without any heat this winter. This helps when moving outdoors in the Retail world. The best way to handle Pansies in the Spring is to protect from frost or wind, yes freezing is ok but should be covered with frost cloth. Keep in mind the Blooms will recover faster with the aid of frost cloth.
